In this study, scales and otoliths were used as materials for growth and abstraction. Four commonly used fish growth and recession methods (Dahl-Lea, Regression, Fraser-Lee and BPH methods) were used to study the effects of Rutilus rutilus Linnaeus , 1758) were retrospectively analyzed. The effects of the recalculated materials and methods on the total amount of the reclaimed seeds were comparatively analyzed to determine suitable materials and methods for the growth and regression of the reclaimed materials. The results showed that no matter what kind of return method is used, the results of using the otoliths to lift the carp growth are better than the scales, showing the full length of the returned full-length closer to the measured full-length, the difference between the measured body length is smaller . The total length of the Dahl-Lea method was much less than the full length of the test, with the overall percentage difference being as high as -26.0%. The difference between Dahl-Lea method and the other methods was the worst and the effect was the worst. Regression, Fraser-Lee and BPH The differences between the total withdrawal method and the full-length survey were similar, with percentages of -6.7%, 7.0% and 7.0%, respectively. With the receding otoliths, the Dahl-Lea method has the shortest full-length full-length and the smallest percentage difference between the full-length and the full-length data, which is only -1.9%. Fraser- Lee and BPH methods have the same percentage of full-length and full-length differences between different age groups, ranging from -1.4% to 3.2%, with a -2.6% overall effect, followed by the results of the regression between Fraser-Lee and Fraser-Lee Although there was no significant difference between the BPH methods, the percentage difference between the total length of the returned samples and the total length of the samples was the largest, which was -4.5% in total, with the worst effect.
