目的:观察生津润燥颗粒对阴虚甲亢模型大鼠的影响。方法:以甲状腺素与利血平复制大鼠“阴虚甲亢证”模型,观察生津润燥颗粒对模型大鼠唾液分泌、饮水量、体重和摄食量的影响。结果:生津润燥颗粒三个剂量均可以增加“阴虚甲亢”模型大鼠的唾液分泌量,高、中剂量还可改善模型大鼠所表现的饮水和摄食量增加、体重下降等症状。结论:生津润燥颗粒能增加模型大鼠唾液分泌,并减少饮水量,此作用有利于改善干燥综合征的症状。 Objective: To observe the effect of Shengjin Runzao Granule on Yin deficiency hyperthyroidism model rats. METHODS: Rats with yin deficiency hyperthyroidism model were treated with thyroxine and reserpine to observe the effects of Shengjin Runzao Granules on saliva secretion, water intake, body weight, and food intake of model rats. Results: The three doses of Shengjin Runzao granules can increase the salivary secretion of “Yin deficiency hyperthyroidism” model rats, and the high and middle doses can also improve the symptoms of drinking water, increased food intake and weight loss of model rats. . Conclusion: Shengjin Runzao granules can increase the saliva secretion of model rats and reduce the amount of drinking water, which is beneficial to improve the symptoms of Sjogren’s syndrome.
