本制剂选用麝香为主的活血化瘀中药复方，提取其有效成分，制成滴鼻剂，从鼻腔粘膜给药，达到迅速缓解心绞痛之目的。做了滴鼻剂组与速效救心丸组及硝酸甘油组的临床对比试验，滴鼻剂组抗心绞痛有效率达８２．５０％，２～５分钟疼痛消失，改善心电图总有效率为８０％，而与速效救心丸对照组相比，有显著性差异。从止痛时间、心电图改善情况看，滴鼻剂组优于速效救心丸组（Ｐ＜０．０１），与硝酸甘油组作用相似（Ｐ＞０．０５），从而探讨不同的给药途径的抗心绞痛的疗效
The preparation is made of Huoxuehuayu traditional Chinese medicine compound based on musk, and its active ingredients are extracted to make nasal drops and administered from the nasal mucosa to achieve the purpose of rapidly relieving angina pectoris. A clinical contrast test was conducted between the nasal drops group and the Suxiao Jiuxin Pill group and the nitroglycerin group. The effective rate of anti-angina pectoris in the nasal drops group was 82.50%, pain disappeared in 2 to 5 minutes, and the total effective rate of the improved ECG was 80%.
