本文对２４例自然流产妇女进行了血清维生素Ｅ（ＶＥ）水平测定，并与同龄非孕妇女及孕妇比较。结果表明：孕妇血清ＶＥ水平随妊娠进展逐渐升高，早中孕妇为１９．４２μｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，晚孕妇则达３１．３４μｍｏｌ／Ｌ。自然流产妇女血清ＶＥ水平为８．７７μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，显著低于同龄非孕妇女，并随流产次数而呈下降趋势。本研究提示：孕妇血清ＶＥ水平的升高与抗氧化保护机制代偿性增强有关，自然流产妇女体内存在氧化与抗氧化反应的失衡。
In this paper, 24 cases of spontaneous abortion women were measured serum vitamin E (VE) levels, with non-pregnant women of the same age and pregnant women. The results showed that the level of serum VE in pregnant women increased gradually with the progress of pregnancy, with early pregnant women being 19.42μmmol / L and late pregnant women reaching 31.34μmol / L. Spontaneous abortion women serum VE level was 8.77μmol / L, significantly lower than non-pregnant women of the same age, and the declining trend with the number of abortion. This study suggests that: elevated serum levels of VE in pregnant women and compensatory enhancement of anti-oxidative protection mechanisms related to the spontaneous abortion in women there is an imbalance between oxidation and anti-oxidation.
