目的探对糖尿病患者行人性化护理干预的效果。方法选择2015年4月~2016年4月我院收治的糖尿病患者112例作为研究对象,根据抛硬币法进行分组,正面为对照组,反面为实验组,各56例。对照组行常规护理,实验组则行人性化护理,观察并比较两组护理满意度以及血糖控制情况。结果实验组满意54例(96.43%),显著高于对照组的42例(75.00%),实验组血糖控制52例(92.86%),显著高于对照组40例(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者行人性化护理干预,能够提高患者对于护理工作的满意度,还能够改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, 112 cases of diabetic patients treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, grouped according to the coin tossing method, the front side was the control group and the reverse side was the experimental group, with 56 cases in each side. The control group underwent routine nursing care while the experimental group underwent humane nursing care. The nursing satisfaction and blood glucose control were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of experimental group was 54 cases (96.43%), which was significantly higher than that of control group (42.00%). The control group had 52 cases (92.86%) of blood glucose control, which was significantly higher than that of control group (40 cases, 71.43% Significance (P <0.05). Conclusions The intervention of humanized nursing intervention in patients with diabetes can improve patient satisfaction with nursing work and improve the quality of life of patients.
