针对使用较为广泛的美国M-Ⅰ泥浆公司生产的LEM-Ⅱ钻井液润滑仪使用中存在的问题,剖析了该仪器的测试原理,建立了相关数学模型,研究了该仪器的稳定测量范围,并与钻井工程中实际操作过程参数的范围进行了比较,分析了正确使用该仪器测定钻井液润滑性能的方法,评定并推荐了该仪器的操作规范
Aiming at the problems existed in the use of LEM-Ⅱ drilling fluid lubricator manufactured by M-Ⅰ Muddy Company, which is widely used in the United States, the test principle of the LEM-Ⅱ drilling fluid lubricator is analyzed. The related mathematical model is established and the stable measuring range of the instrument is studied. Compared with the range of actual operating parameters in drilling engineering, the method of measuring the lubrication performance of drilling fluid by using the instrument is analyzed.
