目的研究肠系膜上动脉闭塞(SMAO)性休克时,血浆及组织脂质过氧化变化及硫酸锌的保护作用,为临床对体克的治疗提供理论依据。方法复制家兔SMAO性休克模型,以超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)及丙二醛(MDA)含量为指标观察SMAO休克时脂质过氧化变化及硫酸锌对其含量的影响。结果与对照组比较,SMAO组SOD活性明显降低、XOD活性、MDA含量明显升高(P<0.01).硫酸锌+SMAO组各指标虽有变化,但差异无显著性。结论SMAO性休克时体内脂质过氧化过程加强,硫酸锌抗脂质过氧化作用可能是其抗休克作用的机制之一。
Objective To study the changes of plasma and tissue lipid peroxidation and the protective effect of zinc sulfate in the process of SMAO shock and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of body-g. Methods SMAO shock model was induced in rabbits. The changes of lipid peroxidation in SMAO shock were observed with the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), xanthine oxidase (XO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) Effect of content. Results Compared with the control group, the activity of SOD in SMAO group was significantly decreased, while the activity of XOD and the content of MDA were significantly increased (P <0.01). Zinc sulfate + SMAO group although the indicators vary, but the difference was not significant. Conclusions The process of lipid peroxidation in SMAO shock is strengthened, and the anti-lipid peroxidation of zinc sulfate may be one of the mechanisms of its anti-shock effect.
