研究了硬脂酸镧(LaSt)与硬脂酸钙(CaSt)对ENR的硫化特性、力学性能、耐热空气老化性能及其热稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,在ENR中添加LaSt与CaSt,ENR胶料的焦烧时间T_(S1)延长,工艺正硫化时间T_(90)缩短,硫化速率指数(CRI)增加,说明LaSt与CaSt能够促进ENR的硫化;添加LaSt的ENR的拉伸性强度及拉断伸长率高于添加CaSt的胶料;LaSt对ENR的耐热空气的防护效果优于CaSt,而且添加LaSt的ENR硫化胶的热降解反应的表观活化能E高于CaSt,表明添加LaSt的ENR硫化胶的热稳定性优于添加CaSt的胶料。
The effects of lanthanum stearate (LaSt) and calcium stearate (CaSt) on the curing properties, mechanical properties, heat aging resistance and thermal stability of ENR were studied. The results showed that when LaSt and CaSt were added to ENR, the scorch time T_ (S1) of ENR was prolonged, the positive curing time T_ (90) was shortened and the vulcanization rate index (CRI) was increased, which indicated that LaSt and CaSt could promote ENR . The tensile strength and elongation at break of ENR with LaSt were higher than those with CaSt addition. LaSt had better protective effect on heat-resistant air of ENR than CaSt, and thermal degradation of LaSt-added ENR vulcanizate The apparent activation energy E of the reaction is higher than that of CaSt, indicating that the thermal stability of the ENR vulcanizate added with LaSt is better than that of the CaSt added rubber.
