目的：为了探讨肠癌卵巢癌患者红细胞自然免疫反应粘附能力的变化。方法：用改良的红细胞自然免疫粘附肿瘤细胞试验。结果：发现肠癌卵巢癌患者新鲜血中红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞能力明显低于正常人。结论：肠癌卵巢癌患者血循环中红细胞粘附组止癌细胞血行转移的能力是明显下降?
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes in the adhesion capacity of natural red blood cells in colorectal cancer patients. METHODS: Natural immune adhesion to tumor cells was tested with modified red blood cells. RESULTS: The ability of fresh blood RBCs to adhere to tumor cells was significantly lower in normal ovarian cancer patients with ovarian cancer. Conclusion: The ability of blood cell erythrocyte adhering group in cancerous ovary cancer patients to significantly reduce the blood metastasis of cancer cells is significantly reduced?
