近来,激光加工已用于多种医用器械的制造。在许多情况下,这种加工方法能显著地提高医用仪器和外科植入的使用寿命及质量。激光加工对于微型仪器的生产也是十分有益的——现在可以使用一些耐蚀性和耐磨性较好的新合金和超硬材料。采用通常的加工方法,很难获得耐蚀耐磨这些关键特性。
Recently, laser processing has been used to manufacture a variety of medical devices. In many cases, this method of treatment can significantly improve the service life and quality of medical instruments and surgical implants. Laser processing is also beneficial for the production of micro instruments - it is now possible to use new alloys and superhard materials with better corrosion and wear resistance. Using the usual processing methods, it is difficult to obtain the key features of corrosion and wear resistance.
