目的了解齐鲁石化地区糕点食品的卫生状况,指导食品卫生监督,保障消费者食用安全。方法对齐鲁石化地区2007—2011年糕点食品按照相关标准进行检验和评价,对监测结果进行分析。结果齐鲁石化地区2007—2011年共检测糕点食品286份,合格率为85.66%;铅、砷检测均合格,致病菌均未检出;不同种类的糕点合格率不同,齐鲁禧饼合格率最高(96.43%),蛋糕合格率最低(72.00%);合格率呈逐年上升趋势,但各年间合格率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论齐鲁石化地区糕点食品的卫生质量在逐年提高,但也存在一些问题;卫生监督部门应加大监督力度,加强管理,针对主要不合格指标,查找原因,提高糕点食品的卫生质量,保障消费者的身体健康。
Objective To understand the hygienic conditions of pastry food in Qilu Petrochemical Region, to guide the supervision of food hygiene and ensure the safety of consumers. Methods The food samples in 2007 ~ 2011 in Qilu Petrochemical Region were tested and evaluated according to relevant standards, and the monitoring results were analyzed. Results A total of 286 samples of pastry were detected in Qilu Petrochemical Region during 2007-2011, with a pass rate of 85.66%. Both lead and arsenic were tested and none of the pathogens were detected. The percentages of pastries of different types were different, and Qiluoxie cake had the highest pass rate (96.43%), the lowest passing rate of cake (72.00%); the passing rate showed an upward trend year by year, but there was no significant difference in passing rate between years (P> 0.05). Conclusion The hygiene quality of pastry food in Qilu Petrochemical Region is improving year by year, but there are also some problems. Health supervision departments should strengthen supervision and strengthen management.
