目的:研究1型糖尿病大鼠睾丸一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的动态变化。方法:70只W istar雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组(C)和糖尿病组(D),采用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射复制糖尿病动物模型。糖尿病组分别观察1周、2周、3周、5周、7周和10周。断头处死动物,取睾丸测定NO和NOS。结果:与对照组比较,糖尿病组睾丸组织在诱模后NO含量下降,而NOS活性变化不明显,随后两者均呈升高趋势。结论:糖尿病大鼠睾丸NO和NOS有改变。
Objective: To study the dynamic changes of testis nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity in type 1 diabetic rats. Methods: Seventy Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal control group (C) and diabetic group (D). Alloxan was used to replicate diabetic animal models. Diabetic patients were observed for 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 5 weeks, 7 weeks and 10 weeks. The animals were decapitated and the testes were taken for determination of NO and NOS. Results: Compared with the control group, the content of NO in testis tissue of diabetic rats decreased but the activity of NOS changed insignificantly, and then both showed an increasing trend. Conclusion: There is a change in testis NO and NOS in diabetic rats.
