文章通过分析高职高专体育保健专业人才培养模式存在的问题,提出以就业为导向,确定专业培养目标。以职业能力培养为主线,从课程体系构建、教学模式改革、师资队伍建设、学生评价模式改革等方面对人才培养模式进行改革,旨在培养保健康复高等技术应用性人才。 By analyzing the existing problems in training patterns of PE health professionals in higher vocational colleges and universities, this paper puts forward that taking employment as the orientation and setting the goal of professional training. Taking the cultivation of vocational ability as the main line, the reform of personnel training mode is carried out from the aspects of curriculum system construction, teaching mode reform, faculty construction and student evaluation mode reform so as to cultivate the applied talents of health care rehabilitation higher technology.
