随着油菜生产的发展,符合规定的低芥酸油菜籽的检测收购将成为主要矛盾,关键是在收购的同时要快速、准确地测定油菜籽中的芥酸含量。本文根据薄层层析法测定油菜籽芥酸含量的应用效果,结果表明:测定速度较快,准确度 灵敏度较高,并可测定芥酸含量在5%以下的样品.
With the development of rapeseed production, testing and acquisition of qualified low-erucic rapeseed will become the main contradiction. The key is to acquire the erucic acid content of rapeseed quickly and accurately. In this paper, the application of erucic acid content determination by TLC was studied. The results showed that the method has the advantages of fast determination, high accuracy and high sensitivity, and the determination of erucic acid content below 5%.
