林大辅博士是我国的老朋友,参观了狮子山选矿厂,提了宝贵意见,我们表示感謝! 选厂原设计1000吨/日规模,设备是可以的。经两次扩建到3000吨/日,矿石供应不上,还是不能增产。也就是文中所指出的:“要大量增产,就必然造成这种现象”,“提高处理量所需的数据尚不充分”等反复說明这个问题。但又提出3000吨/日是“历史条件所造成,不能用当前的设计思想来討论这个问題”,意指不要大改了。以3000吨/日来衡量,则设备分三个系统,用单段球磨和螺旋分级机……等,就不合适了(按林博士的含意,系统太多,应用棒—球磨较好,並用水力旋流器)。批评了选厂管理工作,如磨、浮控制,原矿品位波动等,不一定要很詳细处理,稍加措施也可以解决问题。
