企业要搞好物资管理,关键之一是加强物资的资金管理,因为从某种意义上说物流是一种资金流,资金管理抓住了,物资管理才能有基础。所以,如何合理、有效地使用资金,提高资金的周转率,始终是我们企业物资供应管理人员探讨的热点问题。近年来,我们锦州石化公司供应处在资金管理考核的制度化方面,做了一些有益的偿试。
