本文研究了铁催化过氧化氢氧化金莲橙OO这一新的指示反应的动力学条件,建立了催化光度测定铁的新方法。灵敏度为4.5×10~(-10)g/mL Fe,测定范围0～0.7μg/25mL。用于测定人发及水中痕量铁,结果满意。
In this paper, we studied the kinetic conditions for the new indicated reaction of iron-catalyzed hydrogen peroxide (Noryllum OO) catalyzed by hydrogen peroxide and established a new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of iron. The sensitivity was 4.5 × 10 -10 g / mL Fe, and the determination range was 0 ~ 0.7 μg / 25 mL. For the determination of trace amounts of human hair and water, the results were satisfactory.
