收集血吸虫毛蚴、尾蚴和成虫,无菌条件下进行组织处理,接种于含有胎牛血清、双抗、促细胞生长物的RPMI-1640培养基中进行细胞原代及传代培养。结果日本血吸虫细胞体外培养及传代获得成功,组织原代培养可见在组织碎块周围有发亮、饱满,呈单个分布或索状排列的细胞;随时间的延长,显示细胞增殖。原代培养细胞长满单层后,进行传代接种,传代后细胞形成密集、大小相近、分布均匀。
Cercaria larvae, cercariae and adults were collected and treated under aseptic conditions. The cells were inoculated into RPMI-1640 medium containing fetal bovine serum, double antibody and cell growth promoting cells for primary culture and subculture. Results The Schistosoma japonicum cells were successfully cultured and passaged in vitro. The primary culture showed that the cells were bright, full and distributed in single distribution or cord-like shape around the tissue fragments. With the extension of time, the cells showed proliferation. Primary cultured cells covered with a single layer, the passage of inoculation, after passage of cells to form dense, similar size, uniform distribution.
