用碳酸镍和镍电解阳极泥或工业硫为主要原料,在碱性条件下制成多硫化物试剂<简称“NSH”试剂>。试验考察了该试剂分离铜镍的可行性,确定了“NSH”试剂的制备方案和较优的除铜工艺条件。该试剂在高浓度铜、镍、氯等离子溶液中能有效地分离铜镍。本方法在国内外尚未见报导,是一种铜镍分离的新方法。
Using nickel carbonate and nickel electrolytic anode slime or industrial sulfur as the main raw material, polysulfide reagent (referred to as “NSH” reagent) is prepared under alkaline conditions. The feasibility of separation of copper and nickel with this reagent was investigated experimentally, and the preparation scheme of “NSH” reagent and better copper removal process conditions were confirmed. The reagent can effectively separate copper and nickel in high concentration copper, nickel and chloride plasma. This method has not been reported at home and abroad, is a new method of copper and nickel separation.
