目的:在3D-OCT可视引导下,采用氪红激光诱导色素小鼠脉络膜新生血管(CNV)模型,观察小鼠CNV模型成功效率。方法:24只C57BL/6小鼠随机分2组,每组12只。均选取右眼为实验眼,进行氪红激光诱导鼠CNV:A组为对照组,非3D-OCT引导;B组为实验组,即在3D-OCT可视引导下行激光诱导鼠CNV模型。A组在视乳头周围1~2 PD处予氪激光8点,激光时肉眼观察到有气泡产生或少量出血。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the success of CNV model in mice by using krypton red laser-induced choroidal neovascularization (CNV) model in visual guidance of 3D-OCT. Methods: Twenty-four C57BL / 6 mice were randomly divided into two groups (n = 12). The right eyes were selected as the experimental eye. Krypton red laser-induced CNV: A group as the control group, non-3D-OCT guidance; B group as the experimental group, that is, under the guidance of 3D-OCT laser-induced laser-induced CNV model. Group A was treated with krypton laser at 1 ~ 2 PD around the optic nerve, 8 points were observed with the naked eye, and bubbles or a small amount of bleeding were observed with the laser.
