本文从胚胎学的角度对八倍体小偃麦与普通小麦杂种F_1植株的低育原因进行了研究。观察结果表明,91%的雌配子体发育正常,其中80%发生了正常的双受精作用。败育种子中的胚乳在不同发育时期发生了不同方式的败育。在胚乳败育的种子中胚的发育基本正常。所以,胚轧败育是导致F_1植株低育的主要原因。通过胚培养的方法可以得到丰富的F_2植株。
In this paper, we studied the reasons for the low fertility of hybrid F_1 plants from eight diploid and three wheat families from the perspective of embryology. Observations showed that 91% of female gametophytes developed normally and 80% of them had normal double fertilization. The endosperm in aborted seeds has different ways of abortion in different developmental stages. In the endosperm abortion seed embryo development was normal. Therefore, embryo and abortion abortion is the main reason leading to F_1 plant low fertility. Abundant F2 plants can be obtained by embryo culture.
