目的 :为帮助临床和美容科研人员寻找祛斑药物和治疗的实验对象。方法 :采用微量定点注射法将黑斑形成液注入动物皮下不同深度 ,并辅用紫外线照射法。结果 :受试动物皮下可形成肉眼可见的黑斑 ,通过皮肤组织切片染色并用光镜和透射电镜观察 ,黑斑形成处皮肤组织细胞学结构与正常对照组有明显区别。结论 :实验动物黑斑模型的建立 ,对推动美容医学色素性皮肤疾病的研究和治疗具有积极意义
Objectives: To help clinical and cosmetic researchers to find subjects and treatment of freckle drugs. Methods: The micro-spotting method was used to inject the dark spot-forming solution into the skin at different depths and supplemented with UV irradiation. Results: The skin of the test animals could form dark spots which were visible to the naked eye. The skin tissue sections were stained and observed with light microscope and transmission electron microscope. The histological structure of the skin of the dark spots was obviously different from that of the normal control group. Conclusion: The establishment of experimental animal model of dark spots is of positive significance for the promotion of the research and treatment of cosmetic medical dermatological diseases
