通过施用不同含量的氮、钾,对卷心菜中硝酸盐含量积累的田间试验得出:影响蔬菜中硝酸盐含量的主要因素是氮,而钾对蔬菜中硝酸盐含量的积累和减少无明显的影响。这是因为影响植物吸收钾的因素很多,光照、温度、水分等外界条件的改变会直接影响植物对钾的吸收,并使植物体内的氮代谢和硝酸盐积累也受到影响。
The field experiments on the accumulation of nitrate in cabbage by using different contents of nitrogen and potassium showed that the main factor affecting the nitrate content in vegetables was nitrogen while potassium had no obvious effect on the accumulation and reduction of nitrate in vegetables . This is because many factors affect the absorption of potassium plants, light, temperature, moisture and other external conditions will directly affect the plant’s absorption of potassium, and plant nitrogen metabolism and nitrate accumulation are also affected.
