本文主要研究了影响硅酸盐水泥石-石灰石集料界面过渡层中Ca(OH)_2、AFt晶体的平均尺寸和Ca(OH)_2晶体取向指数的一些因素、界面有效断裂能以及界面区域显微硬度和混凝土强度。采用在水泥浆体中掺加硅灰作为改善界面结构的主要手段,通过界面结构的改善说明界面结构与界面性能和混凝上性能的关系。 根据实验结果解释了硅灰对界面过渡层结构的影响机理。
In this paper, some factors affecting the average size of Ca(OH)2, AFt crystals and the crystal orientation index of Ca(OH)2 in the interface layer of Portland cement-limestone aggregates, the effective interface fracture energy, and the interfacial region are studied. Micro hardness and concrete strength. The use of silica fume in the cement paste as the main means to improve the interfacial structure, and the interfacial structure improvement indicate the relationship between the interfacial structure and interfacial properties and the properties of coagulation. According to the experimental results, the mechanism of the effect of silica fume on the interface layer structure was explained.
