这些年来我国南北方葡萄栽培均有发展趋势,苗木需要量日益增加,尤其是新育成的优良品种苗木每年供不应求。用扦插方法繁殖葡萄苗木,总是先发芽后生根,有时地上部已有2—4片叶展开,插条基部的幼根才刚刚露尖,这段时间稍遇干旱就容易出现新梢萎蔫,造成插条成苗率不高。已往曾有大量报导通过酿热温床或火坑温床进行葡萄扦插前催根处理,从而提高了折插成苗率。但是,无论是酿热温床或火坑温床,都需要大量的酿热材料或燃料,而且温度不易控制,本试验应用轻工产品——电热毯的电加温线加热原理,作为葡萄催根的热源,获得30℃稳定的土温,设备简单,操作方便,催根效果极好,是工业研究成果在农业上移植应用的一例。
