当前,市国资委党委系统的群众路线教育实践活动“回头看”阶段已经结束,基层企业党组织正进一步完善做好群众工作的长效机制,并在此基础上,围绕“上海国资国企改革20条”贯彻落实及服务型党组织建设等要求,深入开展“改革当先锋,为民作表率”党建主题活动。下阶段,推进服务型党组织建设,开拓国有企业党的群众工作新局面,关键要把握有利契机,根本在服务型党组织运行机制的创新探索,重点是深入开展党建主题活动,提升党建科学化水平。 At present, the municipal Party committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Communist Party of China’s mass line education practice activities “look back” stage has come to an end, grassroots enterprises and party organizations are further improving the long-term mechanism to do mass work, and on this basis, around the “ Reform of state-owned enterprises 20 ”Implementation and service-oriented party building and other requirements, carry out “ reform as a vanguard, for the people as a model ”Party-building theme activities.
