为了应对突发事件对交通运营造成的影响,必须建立突发事件的交通疏散预案。以苏通大桥为例,根据应急疏散的特点,分析了应急路径选择环节中的各种影响因素,选取平均疏散距离、路网基础设施建设、疏散路网的服务水平、疏散平均等待时间4大因素作为影响应急路径选择的决策属性,应用层次分析法进行权重分配。根据在最短时间内疏散的流量最大的目标,建立数学模型,运用Lingo分析运算,得到了路径选择方案。该研究可帮助应急调度中心提供科学的车辆线路调度决策,从而提高应急救援工作的响应能力。
In order to deal with the impact of emergencies on traffic operations, we must establish a traffic evacuation plan for emergencies. Taking Sutong Bridge as an example, according to the characteristics of emergency evacuation, various influencing factors in the emergency route selection are analyzed.
