本文提出了一种全新的沥青混合料剪切性能试验评价方法,即纯剪切试验。首先建立三维有限元模型验证了纯剪切试验中混合料的剪切受力特性符合路面的实际受力状况,然后采用纯剪切试验对不同沥青混合料加铺层的抗剪切性能进行了评价和比较,结果表明相比SBS改性沥青,高弹沥青能够为混合料提供更好的抗剪切性能,AC-10级配沥青混合料抗剪切性能优于AC-20级配沥青混合料,加铺层中采用聚酯玻纤布加筋能够较好的改善沥青混合料的抗剪切性能。纯剪切试验可以有效的评价沥青混合料的抗剪切性能,从而指导我国水泥路面沥青加铺层的选择和设计。
In this paper, a new evaluation method of shear test of asphalt mixture is proposed, that is, pure shear test. First of all, a three-dimensional finite element model was established to verify that the shear stress behavior of the mixture in the pure shear test accords with the actual stress conditions of the pavement, and then pure shear tests were conducted on the shear resistance of the different asphalt mixture overlays The results show that compared with SBS modified asphalt, high elastic bitumen can provide better shear resistance for the mixture. The shear resistance of AC-10 graded asphalt mixture is better than that of AC-20 asphalt mixture Materials, overlay polyester fiberglass fabric reinforced can better improve the shear resistance of asphalt mixture.
