随着西方发达国家经济管理领域中非理性主义理论的兴起,我国许多教育工作者从“人”是教育管理中核心的、最重要的要素出发,认为在当前以至未来的中小学教育管理中,非理性管理将成为管理创新的突破口和提高管理效能的新的生长点,提出以“人本管理”为价值取向的结论, 大力推崇人本管理模式。现阶段我国中小学教育管理倡导以“人本管理”为取向的同时,更应强调以“科学管理”为基础。这是由管理活动自身的发展规律,由我国的国情及现阶段我国中小学教育管理的实际决定的。
With the rise of the theory of irrationalism in the economic management of western developed countries, many educators in our country start from the most important factor that “people” is the core of education and management. They think that in the present and future primary and secondary education management, Irrational management will become a breakthrough in management innovation and a new growth point to improve management efficiency. It puts forward the conclusion that “people management” is value orientation and strongly advocates humanistic management mode. At the present stage, primary and secondary education management in our country advocates “human-based management” as the orientation, and more should be emphasized on the basis of “scientific management”. This is determined by the law of development of management activities and by the actual conditions of our country and the current situation of primary and secondary education management in our country.
