本文采用新型载体氯酸钾,与试样以等比例混合,在氩、氧比为4:1,流速为5L/min的旋流气室内,采用φ4×2×0.5mm的颈式电极,直流19A预然5Sec,曝光80Sec,在pGS-2摄谱仪上利用负三级光谱,线色散倒数为0.093nm/mm下摄谱,同时测定了氧化钇中痕量稀土杂质,可测定镱0.1×10~(-6);钆、镝、铒,铥1×10~(-6);钬、镥3×10~(-6);铽10×10~(-6)。相对均方误差为9×22%,比常用的方法有较低的检测限。
In this paper, a new carrier potassium chlorate was mixed with the sample in equal proportion.
