钳工实习是中职学校机械类专业的一门专业实践课程,是培养技术型人才的重要教学方法。目前,从部分中职学校的教学现状看,钳工操作相对单调枯燥,部分学生学习积极性不高。笔者在教学过程中归纳出一套清晰简练的加工步骤的制定方法,并结合辅助加工步骤图形,将零件的检测项目按照加工步骤编排等方法,提高了学生的学习兴趣和钳工技能的教学质量。 Fitter internship is a professional practice of mechanical engineering vocational school curriculum, is an important teaching method to train skilled personnel. At present, from the part of vocational schools teaching status quo, fitter operation is relatively monotonous, some students are not enthusiastic about learning. In the teaching process, the author summed up a set of clear and concise method of processing steps, combined with the auxiliary processing steps graphics, parts of the test items in accordance with the processing steps orchestration and other methods to improve the students’ interest in learning and fitter skills teaching quality.
