一、传统的滚齿机传动链结构滚齿机是用齿轮滚刀按展成法来铣削圆柱齿轮的。它由滚刀旋转链、分齿传动链、差动传动链、进给传动链组成,用以加工正齿轮、斜齿轮、人字齿轮和蜗轮等。这类机床大多数采用图1所示的传动结构形式。对模数大于30mm的齿轮而没有齿轮滚刀加工时,须采用指形铣刀加工,这样,机床还须具有单齿分齿和反向以及方框自动循环等运动机构。这种传统的传动方法带来以下的困难:
