通过接触法和摄入法对甲氰菊酯、辛硫磷及其混剂对蜜蜂的毒性进行了测定。摄入法对蜜蜂的 L C5 0 及95 % 置信限分别为:甲氰菊酯4 .11(3 .867 ~4 .353)μg / m L;辛硫磷6 .928(6 .621 ~7 .236)μg / m L;混合剂4 .786(4 .481 ~5 .082)μg / m L。接触法对蜜蜂的 L D5 0 及95 % 置信限分别为: 甲氰菊酯0 .104 2( 0 .099 11 ~0 .109 5) μg/ 只; 辛硫磷0 .180 2(0 .174 4 ~0 .186 7) μg/ 只;混合剂0 .164 3(0 .159 2 ~0 .169 5) μg/ 只;联合作用系数法评定结果表明,甲氰菊酯和辛硫磷混用后对蜜蜂的毒性变化规律为相加作用。
The toxicities of fenpropathrin, phoxim and their mixture to bees were determined by the contact method and ingestion method.
