对45钢进行不同温度、变形量和应变率形变后立即淬火,探讨了奥氏体形变与晶粒细化和马氏体形态的相互关系。实验表明:45钢加热到830℃、冷却到800℃形变后淬火,显微硬度与未形变淬火相比有所下降,冷却到760℃以两种应变率形变后淬火,均发生奥氏体形变诱导铁素体相变,显微硬度均比未形变淬火的低,说明马氏体形态与奥氏体形变和晶粒细化有一定关系。
The 45 steel was quenched immediately after deformation under different temperature, deformation and strain rate, and the relationship between austenite deformation and grain refinement and martensite morphology was discussed.
