小型柴油机气缸盖底平面翘曲变形后,会造成气缸漏气,经常烧坏气缸垫。所以在上紧气缸盖时,一定要根据各机型所规定的扭力及顺序,轮流分多次上紧螺母。防止一个螺母上紧后再上另一螺母,也要防止各个螺母松紧相差过大。同时,在拆卸气缸盖时也应等机器冷却后进行,按上紧时的相反顺序轮番多次逐渐松开,不要卸下一个再卸另一个。因为气缸盖的局部放松,也能促使底平面变形。在上紧气缸盖时,如果发现有螺母、螺杆滑丝,一定要更换或修好。不允许用加大其它螺母的扭力来代替这个螺母、螺杆所需的紧度的办法来解决。在气缸垫长期使用,已经压得很薄而失去绵软性,或个别地方破损后,要及时更换或修补,不允许用加大螺母扭力的办法压紧,因为
