目的:观测前列舒通胶囊对慢性前列腺炎模型大鼠前列腺组织中神经生长因子(NGF)表达的影响。方法:根据Genbank中大鼠NGF和GAPDH基因保守区域序列设计荧光PCR适用的引物和探针,Taqman荧光PCR相对定量方法检测前列舒通(0.84,0.42,0.21 g.kg-1)ig,连续30 d对慢性前列腺炎症大鼠前列腺组织NGF表达的影响。结果:慢性前列腺炎模型大鼠前列腺组织NGF的表达比正常对照组明显增加,前列舒通治疗可降低模型大鼠NGF的表达。结论:前列舒通可能通过降低NGF的表达治疗和改善慢性前列腺炎的症状。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qianlieshutong capsule on the expression of nerve growth factor (NGF) in prostatic tissue of rats with chronic prostatitis. Methods: Primers and probes for fluorescent PCR were designed according to the conserved regions of NGF and GAPDH genes in Genbank. Taqman fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the presence of prostaglandin (0.84,0.42,0.21 g.kg-1) ig for 30 consecutive days d on the expression of NGF in prostatic tissue of rats with chronic prostatitis. Results: The expression of NGF in prostatic tissue of rats with chronic prostatitis was significantly increased compared with that of normal control group. Prostate therapy could reduce the expression of NGF in model rats. Conclusion: Prostaglandin can treat and improve the symptoms of chronic prostatitis by reducing the expression of NGF.
