燃气轮机主润滑油在投产一段时间后 ,油温偏高 ,尤其在夏天 ,油温在开机运行后 ,很快接近报警值 ,使得机组只能降负荷运行 ,严重影响了机组调峰和应急发电的作用。通过研究 ,找到了造成油温偏高的三方面原因 ,并根据散热器换热量 Q公式 ,采取了四方面的排放措施 ,较好地解决了这一问题。
After the gas turbine main lubricating oil is put into operation for a period of time, the oil temperature is high, especially in the summer. After the oil temperature is switched on, it quickly approaches the alarm value, causing the unit to run at a reduced load, seriously affecting the unit’s peak shaving and emergency power generation effect. Through the research, we find out the three causes of the high oil temperature, and take the four aspects of emission measures according to the heat exchanger Q formula, which solves the problem well.
