最近,深圳市妇儿医院因消毒水配制错误,导致大规模分枝杆菌感染事件;山西临汾市第二人民医院因非法采血、输血令患者感染艾滋病毒的医疗事故。两起医疗事故都发生在当地排得上名号的主要医院,因此,引起媒体和大众对医疗服务质量和服务水平过分的关注和担忧,为此,我们医疗卫生单位自身是不是该好好反省,吸取一些经验教训呢? 这几起医疗事故的发生,看似偶然,其实必然。 Recently, Shenzhen Women and Children’s Hospital had made mistakes in the preparation of disinfecting water, which led to the occurrence of large-scale mycobacterial infections. The Second People’s Hospital of Linfen City, Shanxi Province, was involved in medical accidents involving HIV infection due to illegal blood collection and transfusion. The two medical accidents have occurred in the major hospitals that have ranked in the local area. As a result, the media and the general public have paid too much attention and concern to the quality of medical services and services. For this reason, our medical and health units should not reflect on their own. What lessons have been learned? The occurrence of these medical accidents seems to be accidental.
