To assess the efficacy of intravenous gentamicin in patients with refractory vertigo induced by Meniere’s disease (MD), 18 patients who were followed up for more than 1 year after treatment were summarized. There were 9 males and females in each group, ranging in age from 29 to 81 years old. There were 7 cases on the left side and 11 cases on the right side.
