一、前言目前在矿石日趋贫化的条件之下,为提高高炉的产量、降低焦比,达到优质高产,烧结矿将是高炉所使用的主要熟料。然而烧结矿的强度、粒度等物理性能将是影响高炉经济指标的基本因素,通常烧结矿一般采用冷态的转鼓指数、落下强度等参数作为评价烧结矿的质量指标。但在高炉操作条件下,对烧结矿物理性能的要求将不完全与冷态指标相符,这主要是由于高炉是处于不同温度区间还原条件下的热态过程。因而烧结矿在高炉中的演变将与本身矿物组成、粘结相的状态有相应的关系。高炉冶炼过程中,要求烧结矿还原性能

INTRODUCTION At present, under the condition of increasingly depleted ore, sintering is the main clinker used in the blast furnace in order to increase the output of the blast furnace, reduce the coke ratio and achieve high quality and high yield. However, the strength, particle size and other physical properties of sinter will be the basic factors that affect the economic indicators of the blast furnace. Generally, parameters such as the drum index and falling strength in cold state are generally used as the quality indexes for the evaluation of sinter.
