对于班主任工作来说,班级学风建设是班级管理工作的重中之重。但目前高职院校班级学风普遍存在学习目标迷茫,学习习惯缺失,无学习自律性等问题,如何通过班主任、任课教师、学生的共同努力,使班级形成具有明确的学习目的、积极的学习态度、适合的学习方法、严格的学习纪律、良好的学习习惯、积极向上的学习氛围等状态的学风,笔者在实际班级管理工作中,做了积极的探索和实践,取得一定的成果。
For class teacher’s work, the construction of class style of study is the most important task of class management. However, at present, there are many problems in the general academic atmosphere in higher vocational colleges such as confused learning objectives, lack of learning habits and lack of self-learning. How to make the class form a clear learning purpose and a positive learning attitude through the joint efforts of class teachers, classroom teachers and students? , Appropriate learning methods, strict learning discipline, good study habits, positive and progressive learning atmosphere and other state style of study. The author has made active exploration and practice in actual class management and achieved certain results.
