对于班主任工作来说,班级学风建设是班级管理工作的重中之重。但目前高职院校班级学风普遍存在学习目标迷茫,学习习惯缺失,无学习自律性等问题,如何通过班主任、任课教师、学生的共同努力,使班级形成具有明确的学习目的、积极的学习态度、适合的学习方法、严格的学习纪律、良好的学习习惯、积极向上的学习氛围等状态的学风,笔者在实际班级管理工作中,做了积极的探索和实践,取得一定的成果。 For class teacher’s work, the construction of class style of study is the most important task of class management.
