微小RNA(miRNA)是非编码RNA的21~25个核苷酸片段,进化中具有高度保守性,在转录后水平调控基因的表达,从而在生物过程中发挥重要的作用。miR-429广泛参与人体的各种生理和病理过程,在人体肿瘤的发生和发展、炎症和纤维化、生殖以及细胞增殖、凋亡的调控中起重要作用。根据现阶段的研究显示,miR-429可能在肿瘤及其他各种疾病的诊断和治疗中有巨大的发掘潜力,但其中的机制尚未完全了解。为了便于进一步研究,现对miR-429在各种疾病中的作用进行更精细的描述。
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are 21-25 nucleotide segments of non-coding RNAs that are highly conserved in evolution and regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level to play an important role in biological processes. miR-429 is widely involved in various physiological and pathological processes in the human body and plays an important role in the development and progression of human tumors, inflammation and fibrosis, reproduction and cell proliferation and apoptosis. According to the present study, miR-429 may have great potential in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors and various other diseases, but the mechanism is still not fully understood. In order to facilitate further research, the role of miR-429 in various diseases is now described in more detail.
