发掘当前我国不同质量管理模式企业在创新实践中的问题,有助于提升我国企业整体的质量管理水平与创新效率。文章基于2015年“中国企业-员工匹配调查(CEES)”的微观数据,运用三阶段DEA模型从类别与取向两个维度对不同质量管理模式下的企业进行了创新效率评价与影响因素分析。实证结果表明,需求实现型取向的质量管理模式有利于提升企业创新效率;单纯类别维度的质量管理模式差异并不会造成企业创新效率的差异;质量管理模式会通过其他因素来影响企业的创新效率。进一步分析发现,规模越大的企业,采取卓越绩效管理模式更有利于企业创新效率的提升;劳动力素质水平越高的企业采用卓越绩效管理模式的创新效率越高;企业融资成本越高,卓越绩效管理与全面质量管理模式的企业创新效率将更低;政府支持对卓越绩效管理及ISO质量标准模式企业的创新效率存在负向影响,对全面质量管理模式企业的创新效率则存在正向影响。
It is helpful to explore the problems in innovation practice of different quality management models in our country and help to improve the overall quality management level and innovation efficiency of Chinese enterprises. Based on the micro-data of “China Enterprise-Employee Matching Survey (CEES)” in 2015, this paper uses the three-stage DEA model to analyze the innovation efficiency and influencing factors of enterprises under different quality management modes from the two dimensions of category and orientation . The empirical results show that the quality management mode of demand-oriented orientation is conducive to enhancing the efficiency of enterprise innovation; the difference of quality management mode of pure category dimension does not cause the difference of efficiency of enterprise innovation; the quality management mode will affect the innovation efficiency of enterprises through other factors . Further analysis shows that the larger the size of the business, to take the excellent performance management model is more conducive to enhance the efficiency of business innovation; higher quality of workforce enterprises using high performance management innovation model the higher efficiency; higher corporate financing costs, high performance Management and total quality management mode will be less efficient. The government support has a negative impact on the innovation performance of enterprises with high performance management and ISO quality standard mode, and positively affects the innovation efficiency of TQM business.
