目的对显脉香茶菜Rabdosia nervosa的化学成分进行研究。方法采用现代色谱方法进行分离、纯化,通过现代波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从显脉香茶菜中又分离得到10个二萜类化合物,分别鉴定为长管贝壳杉素E(1)、牛尾草乙素(2)、parvifoline G(3)、四川香茶菜丁素(4)、黄花香茶菜甲素(5)、黄花香茶菜乙素(6)、毛果香茶菜贝壳松醇(7)、延命草醇(8)、11β-hydroxy-6,7-seco-6,19:6,20-diepoxy-1α,7-olide-ent-kaur-15-one(9)、isodocarpin(10)。结论化合物1~9为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Rabdosia nervosa. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by modern chromatography, and their structures were identified by modern spectroscopy. Results Ten diterpenoids were isolated from the tea of Xianmai tea, and were identified as long-walled cinnabar E (1), oxalicol B (2), parvifoline G (3) (6), Pinus sylvestris (Pinus sylvestris) shellfish Pinot Noir (7), Ninhydrin (8), 11β-hydroxy-6, 7-seco-6, 19: 6,20-diepoxy-1α, 7-olide-ent-kaur-15-one (9), isodocarpin (10). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
