主要研究了刈割强度对新麦草不同部位物质分配的影响及对再生速度和再生草产量的影响。结果表明 ,新麦草碳水化合物含量与其刈割后的再生关系密切 ,不同强度刈割后植物体各部分碳水化合物含量迅速降低 ,尤其是分蘖节总糖变化剧烈。各刈割留茬处理分蘖节总糖降低幅度的次序是 :2cm >4cm >6cm >CK ,同时分蘖节含氮量也有变化。不同刈割强度对新麦草地上部分粗蛋白质含量影响较大 ,刈割处理粗蛋白质含量比对照处理高 ,尤其以留茬 2cm蛋白质含量最高 ,并且此处理随物候期的推移粗蛋白质降低幅度最小。刈割后的再生速度和再生草产量 ,留茬2cm和留茬 4cm差异不显著 ,但牧草品质以留茬 2cm为宜。
The effects of cutting intensity on the distribution of the material in different parts of the new wheatgrass and the effects on the regeneration speed and the yield of the regenerated grasses were studied. The results showed that the content of carbohydrate in P. xylostella was closely related to the regeneration after mowing. The carbohydrate content in all parts of the plant decreased rapidly with different intensities of mowing, especially the total sugar in the tillering node changed drastically. The order of decreasing the total sugar content of tillering nodes for cutting and stubble cutting was 2cm> 4cm> 6cm> CK, and the nitrogen content of tillering nodes also varied. Different cutting intensity had a significant effect on the crude protein content of aboveground part of wheatgrass. The crude protein content of cutting treatment was higher than that of the control, especially the 2cm of stubble, and the reduction of crude protein was the least. The regeneration speed and the yield of reclaimed grasses after cutting were not significantly different between stubble 2cm and stubble 4cm, but the quality of stubble was better than stubble 2cm.
