本研究对比观察了赤芍和硝苯啶对兔实验性动脉粥样硬化(AS)的彤响。结果表明,两种药物均使高脂血症引起的 TXA_2/PGI_2比值改变趋向平衡,降低血浆 LPO、动脉壁脂质、钙和磷脂及主动脉斑块面积。赤芍明显强于硝苯啶。提示两种药物通过影响钙代谢调节 TXA_2/PGI_2平衡是其抗 AS 主要作用机理之一。赤芍可以作为防治 AS 的一种新药物用于临床。
In this study, we compared the effects of erythrocyanide and nifedipine on experimental atherosclerosis (AS) in rabbits. The results showed that both drugs tended to balance the changes in TXA_2/PGI_2 ratio caused by hyperlipidemia, and decreased plasma LPO, arterial wall lipids, calcium and phospholipids, and aortic plaque area. Red peony is significantly stronger than nifedipine. It is suggested that the regulation of TXA_2/PGI_2 balance by the two drugs through affecting calcium metabolism is one of the main mechanisms of anti-AS. Red peony can be used as a new drug for the prevention and treatment of AS for clinical use.
