石油化工及其深加工中经常涉及三相精馏过程,模拟该过程对化工分离设计具有十分重要的意义。文中提出一种新算法Newton同伦-同时校正混合法模拟三相精馏过程,该算法将同时校正法有机地嵌入同伦法中,采用同伦弧长微分法求解,在保持同伦算法大范围收敛特性的同时,提高了计算效率。采用Michlesen稳定性判据作为液相稳定性判据。以丙烯腈-乙腈三相萃取精馏塔为例,验证了算法的有效性。
Petrochemical and its deep processing often involves three-phase distillation process, simulation of the process of chemical separation design is of great significance. In this paper, a new algorithm, Newton-homotopy-simultaneous correction hybrid method, is proposed to simulate the three-phase distillation process. The algorithm incorporates the simultaneous calibration method into the homotopy method and adopts the homotopic arc length differential method to solve the problem. Range convergence characteristics at the same time, improve the computational efficiency. The Michlesen stability criterion is used as the criterion of liquid stability. Taking the acrylonitrile - acetonitrile three - phase extractive distillation column as an example, the validity of the algorithm is verified.
