Experimental studies and clinical data revealed that lipid peroxidation (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) are closely related to the occurrence of atherosclerosis and myocardial ischemic injury. Our previous study also found that the blood LPO levels in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in normal subjects, but SOD activity was significantly lower than normal levels, and the SOD/LPO ratio was significantly decreased. If we can find a method that can effectively reduce LPO and increase SOD, it will be of great significance for anti-aging and prevention of coronary heart disease. To this end, we have 100 positive cases.
