在《中华人民共和国公司法》施行两年之际,为跟踪了解《公司法》的实施情况,近日我们对房山区有限责任公司进行了调查。 《公司法》确定,有限责任公司是指股东以其出资额为限对公司承担责任,公司以其全部资产对公司的债务承担责任。 截止到1995年底,房山区共发展有限责任公司(仅指自然人出资设立的)102户。我们对其中97户进行了调查统计。登记注册资本累计6861万元,实有注册资本6080.6万元,入资率88.7％,投资股东317人。企业注册资本在50万元以下的71户,占调查数的73.2％;51—100万元的21
