目的比较紫杉醇与雷帕霉素两种洗脱支架在支架内血栓形成上的差异,为两种药物支架在临床使用的安全性提供更多的证据。方法本研究使用荟萃分析的方法,从9个随机临床试验共入选8313例患者,随访时间6到37个月。将紫杉醇与雷帕霉素两组的支架内血栓形成、死亡的数据运用revman4.2软件进行合并分析。结果与紫杉醇相比较,雷帕霉素组的支架内血栓形成的发生率要低(HR0.68;95%CI0.48~0.96,P=0.03),而病死率两组差异无统计学意义(HR1.00;95%CI0.77~1.29,P=0.98)。结论雷帕霉素洗脱支架比紫杉醇洗脱支架有更低的支架内血栓形成的风险,但在病死率上,两者差异无统计学意义。
Objective To compare the difference of stent thrombosis between paclitaxel and rapamycin eluting stents in order to provide more evidence for the safety of the two drug stents in clinical use. Methods This study used a meta-analysis approach to enumerate 8313 patients from 9 randomized clinical trials with a follow-up time of 6 to 37 months. The data of stent thrombosis and death in both paclitaxel and rapamycin groups were analyzed by revman4.2 software. Results Compared with paclitaxel, the incidence of stent thrombosis was lower in the rapamycin group (HR 0.68; 95% CI 0.48-0.96, P = 0.03), but the mortality was not significantly different between the two groups HR 1.00; 95% CI 0.77-1.29, P = 0.98). Conclusion The rapamycin-eluting stent has a lower risk of stent thrombosis than the paclitaxel-eluting stent. However, there is no significant difference in mortality between the two groups.
